It's a good deal for the warranty. Not the the best deal they've had but still better then buying elsewhere due to lifetime return if need be

yes, the often not figured in the equasion, costco lifetime return option. in the often needs repair category of vacuums, a big plus.

Bought it. Decent sale price and the Costco warranty is best in class. If my wife ever breaks this crap I'll just return it and buy another newer model inevitable for sale on their shelf

I'm not following the lifetime return mentioned here. All I can find online is 90 days return for appliances and a 2 year warranty from Dyson. Is this just a cross your fingers situation or is there actually something in writing? Costco jacked up prices during COVID to increase margins so I'm not trusting anything not in writing.

The V15 was cheaper for Black Friday direct from Dyson, but it's not Black Friday any more, and this one includes a few more attachments in the box.

AFAIK it's 5 years for Dyson at Costco. I purchased mine in December '23 and returned it yesterday.
