This seems like a really solid deal for a 20a charger. Anything I'm missing?

20A @ 12V = 2A at 120V (+ some efficiency losses.)

It's probably not going to be as efficient or as long-lasting as a more reputable option like Victron, but at this price you can buy like 3 for 1 comparable Victron charger. Hopefully for those that buy they don't simply die or spontaneously combust after a few uses.

This also supports 24V apparently, which is kind of nice (but only at 10A it appears).

In for one. Their LiFeO4 batteries get lots of positive reviews. I trust them for making quality chargers

They make the most dangerous LiFePo4 batteries with no short circuit protection...

What is Trickle about 20A?
I am not sure which particular one you are referring to. Battery like this one (https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/1051627) has BMS that does short circuit protection

Says 5/10/20A
I consider 1-3A trickle, but this is close.
Grabbed one. Don't own any of their batteries yet, but we have a few small LifePO4's for our kayaks and my current charger is only 2A .

Seems it cuts out at 130A? Generally, the higher the current the quicker it will shut down.

Newbie to trickle charger question: will this help with a car that has a parasitic drain? Got access to an old Honda Accord that runs fine, but has a drain somewhere. Can get it started using a jump pack.
