Aside from my drills this tool might be the one I use the most around the house. I use it for cutting into drywall, flush cutting popped nail or other protruding things, etc. If I'm too lazy to grab a chisel I'll use it to trim up a mortise or notch out a board. It really has tons of uses. I'll even use it to cut string for my tomatoes if Im out in the yard and can't find my shears. Highly recommend this tool and completely worth the$79 price.

Dang I just paid $10 more for this a couple weeks ago!

This was indispensable for cutting out some bad grout between some tiles without pulling up or damaging the tiles. Then I put in new grout and sealed it and let it dry.
