I bought the CostCo version you mentioned when it was $120, so this does appear to be a good deal. Of course CostCo's warranty is ridiculous.

This blender is awesome for homemade smoothies and shakes. However, it will also blow out your eardrums with how freaking loud it is, but at least you know it's powerful.

This looks a lot like the Ninja Foodi Blender system Costco sells. Best price there was $120. If Costco's offers something extra, I'm not seeing it.

Have had one of these for a couple of years, just use it infrequently. IMO it's a quality device.

I always wear ear protection whenever I use a blender like the NutriBullet. It can be as loud as 90 decibels!

Eagerly waiting for a slick deal on a food processor/blender. I need it just for my homemade hummus, been using a ninja fit personal blender which is ok but not ideal at all.

$100 seems a bit much for just hummus, so I wait ._.

The$100 blender from Macy's is equal to the $179.00 version at Costco with the food processor attachment, far as I can tell.

1600w if true is about as much as a blendtec which I have and it's very loud. We keep a pair of earmuffs handy nearby for when we use it, and we make an announcement when we are going to turn it on as a warning to others to cover your ears, "I am about to turn this thing on."

I'm looking for something to make smoothies at work. I have a fridge/freezer and water cooler but no sink. How many ounces are the smoothie cups in this? I don't see it in the description. And when I use them in the office, what other parts do I need to take home to wash? Thanks!

In for one,
How well do these work for occasional food processing? I'm wondering if it could grind up meatloaf once every year or so.

I've had my ninja blender for 11 years even melted the side housing of the blender still works like day one and just as loud as day one. Time for a new one only because I've used so much turmeric and garlic in it over the years that every thing is starting to taste like it. But I'm not worried about warranty with ninja blenders they last.

Just bought this system last week. So far I've used the blender and the smoothie blender cup and I'm very happy. I replaced a 10 year old Ninja Blender that finally died. The new one is significantly more quiet.
