Interestingly, I seem to now be (temporarily?) IP-banned from chat. Every time I try to connect I get "all agents are busy," no matter if I'm logged in or not. Tried via VPN, instantly connected to an agent.

edit: the agent actually sent me an invoice link for the matched price via email (offered text as well) while chatting so I did not have to buy at the higher price and get refunded back the difference which was a first for me, i will try to get the remaining difference back after i pickup the laptop tomorrow since i did not want to even spend this much on a computer right now but had to jump on the deal when i got lucky with the PM
