I paid full upfront and then the associate refunded the difference.
I gave different zip codes which was showing as in stock in the app only but showing out of stock in the actual website link.. BB reps taking the actual web link as reference and saying it can't be matched as it's OOS..
I got the same message as "sinisiteraudio" user from BB r associate this time but he can't share the secure payment link. Asked to purchase as it and later he submitted refund process request…
I chose in store pickup and with in 20mins it was ready for pickup.. fingers crossed as it might take 3-5 days for the refund amount get reflected in bank account.
Total cost paid - $1839 plus
Refund initiated - $756 change..
final price - $1083

Same here; no email or update on the account either (I got price matched today in the morning).
I have chat and reference number for credit card dispute if they deny later or don't process the refund.
