my store was oos, but best buy price matched over chat

Received an email from bestbuy that I can't get the price match. Initially agent did the price match but now received an email, anyone in same boat? What did you guys do?

If you haven't picked up the order in that case, they can do it. Since your card is not charged yet.

Some people got PM after they placed the order (in my case, I received a reference number from BB for a refund). But my credit was charged, and they can only refund me. I am still waiting for refund email but chat has provided reference number (good ammunition for charge back if they reject later).

Does anybody have a screenshot of when it was in stock at Costco. Just got rejected again for a price match, but the BB agent said I could go in store with a screenshot and get a price match. I asked if a screenshot would really work, and they said yes but asked me to go in today. I saved the transcript just in case.

Went into Best Buy and showed them on the app where it was in stock and they were going to price match it but according to the manager they are not able to input a price that low into the computer. It didn't sound convincing to me at all. They had 2 in stock at the Best Buy location. According to the manager it was a computer system issue and the lowest they could do is $1400…
