my store was oos, but best buy price matched over chat

Just got it price matched from BB but they said they have a cap on discount so it came out to be 1083 + tax for MBP 14"

I got it!!!! Well most of it. After 20 or so attempts I got it via chat.

They asked for SKU, asked for link to Costco.

Said OK I can do $1080. At this point I didn't even argue about the $80.

Sent me a purchase link, I purchased for pickup.

It is crazy, just keep trying if you are crazy obsessive like me. I didn't really even need the damn laptop,,,

I got told this same thing by a store manager in store yesterday afternoon.

Sounded like a BS "rule", so I called Costco customer support and they confirmed they've never heard of that rule before.

my pm was approved yesterday but today got an email that they cant fulfill the pm request and now chat is just denying and apologizing. Gonna return the MBP back
