i thought i was verified too because i didn't see the 99 price...where it shows membership price....click on the little blue or green thing in circle next to it, it'll ask for the phone number, enter it, sends code, enter code....then the price should change...that was my case

Moving to Nevada from So Cal was the biggest mistake ever, I miss my Micro Center.

Had the same issue and all you have to do is select what type of user you are. (Gamer, commercial, etc) They're like six choices and as soon as I chose one it gave me the discounted pricing.

ACCOUNT SETTINGS -> scroll down and choose Edit: Your TECH IDENTITY very bottom

Look where it says member price available, click the little blue circle right next to it, it'll verify you. Asks for number, sends code, enter code.. Price changes to 99

Next to the price, it mentions something about member pricing, click on it. Window pops up and there is a Verify button you click. It texts you a code, you enter, bam

Edit: didn't see that you weren't getting the code
