use the app and it will possibly guide you.. once you select the buds for 134 and click pre-order it will show remaining credit 15$ and in that page you will see the charger for 13$... you will have to spend some time in the app and then finallyuse the browser to check out as its easy to sign for tmbile.

tmobile... from samsung website you select TMob and then select 500$ off promo... and you login to your tmob acc from samsung website.
