Some standard/rectangular shaped sleeping bags can be zipped together to be double sized too,
this looks like basically that as a bundle since it works as both single or double use.
so this is 2x 45 degree sleeping bags.

Not worth much as a sleeping bag. Might as well bring a duvet or quilt camping and not waste the money. Lot of these just fall apart in a couple of years. Plus if you are supposed to store them not rolled up.
