Unreal! A deal post with garment composition information right on the OP?

Never thought I would see the day! Well done.

They also mention getting them for $6, so not a historic low

Polyester
Yeah... I knew the deal when I read: Moisture-Wicking
Under Armour has put a spin of polyester being a durable, breathable, wicking, hi-tech fabric and changing a premium for it.

Yeah until some wise guy deal editor removed the 98% polyester 2% spandex note from the original post for some reason.

I got the Lee brand ones yesterday and I'm wearing them now, they are thin but comfortable, same material and look, so probably same build factory. I'm pleased, 40 pairs of socks for $15 is good.

Walmart still have 4 color no show and grey ankle of the Lee's in stock still for $7/20pk.

These Hanes show OOS for me.

In the past few months I have bought the Spalding, lee, and Hanes cheep socks from Walmart. The Hanes ie. these socks are better than the others. A little thicker and softer. The Spalding are the worst with the brand sewed into the bottom that causes lumps under your feet.

98% polyester, wearing them is the most uncomfortable experience, never buy Hanes again.
