This is a nice deal, this thing is a beast however one did break on a fresh 4ah battery but warranty was quick and easy and able to keep old broken one

Would a warranty be valid when purchased through Amazon?
Was also looking at the Flex hammer Drill kit for $99.00 there. Older model, but with two batteries still a decent deal.
No warranty on Flex I would assume.

I'm not sure but the warranty is shown on the Amazon product page, 3 years limited warranty, it's shipped and sold by Amazon so I highly highly doubt you would have any problems. I've done a few warranties through Craftsman and can definitely say they have amazing warranty service. Warrantied a sander through DeWalt once and it was an absolute hassle, despite I think both companies being owned by the same parent brand. I think I even warrantied a tool bought used from a third party seller on Amazon and still no problem, though I try to stick with shipped and sold by Amazon, or Lowe's and Ace which are like their main retailers. The awesome warranty service really made me double down on the Craftsman brand.

OK cool. I'll keep that in mind. I've always been a Craftsman fan as well.
Not a tool snub. Have makita, ryobi, Milwaukee tools. My ryobi brushless 1/2 in impact kept up with my Milwaukee. Makita did ok. But I promise you the brushless Milwaukee 1/2 will break 1/2 bolts if you're not careful. If you're gonna get a big impact and want torque Milwaukee is the way to go and it pains me to say that.
