With March being 4 weeks away, this is just not worth it. If it were $1200 maybe.

This isn't a gaming laptop. Not only is the 4K OLED aimed at creative professionals, it's almost guaranteed that the 140W charger wouldn't be able to push the 4070 to 100W while simultaneously powering the rest of the system and any peripherals plugged into it.

If I were a gamer, maybe. But with 2.5x the AI TOPS in RTX50, I think that's worth waiting for if your workloads benefit from that sort of thing (which is more in line with what you'd run on this sort of non-gaming laptop anyways).

Either way this still isn't worth $1500. You can get a refurb of this laptop on EBay with a 13th gen Intel and 4070 for $1050. Same screen and RAM, 1TB storage, easy and cheap to upgrade storage. That's more than 30% cheaper for being less than 10% slower in CPU-intensive tasks.
