It glitched a couple of times for me. Try adding the burger then looking at checkout and choosing the offer from there near the bottom of the screen

Just had mine, looked NOTHING like the photos in terms of the amount and or quality of ingredients, maybe 1/3 of the size of the photo and the egg is disgusting.

who ever pays retail $9 for this is just dumb.

Can't get it to work on app or website. One location I get an "oops" jumbled coded error and other locations nothing happens when I hit Redeem.

Great broken UI Carl's, spent all your money on ads and girl.

Usually ones located on college campuses, airports are exempt from these promotions. It has to be standalone one.

All fast food ads are like that. It's a good size burger though and definitely not 1/3 the size. I agree that it's not worth $9 though. Get an In and Out double double and save $3.

I ordered this free burger for pickup at 12:30. When I got to the Carls Jr, the workers were scurrying around trying to fulfill orders, the majority of which I assume are for the free burger. I left after about 10 minutes empty handed with about 15 people waiting for pickup, and 3 hapless customers waiting to order, and there were only 2 people working behind the counter that I could see. What a mess!
