If I cooked more often than I do, I'd buy this range.
I used to sell appliances and Samsung wasn't my favorite brand. But this is a good price for a slide-in Induction.
If you don't have pots and pans that are made from a ferrous metal (Magnet will stick to it) you will need to purchase those. Copper, aluminum will NOT cook on this top.

Could well be worth the $100 difference for many.

It's been this price for several months at best buy. It's a nice range, lots of features and basically what you would expect from an induction range. It would be nice if it has two large coils instead of just one and three small. But for $1000 it's really solid.
