So many oils on 0w-20 - whats so different - so the latter 2 can not be used with Hybrids?

I did the store pickup and the Walmart staff brought me one jug. I showed them the order confirmation states "3-pack", then they brought me 2 more.

The only difference is slight variations in the additives. You can use any iteration of 0W-20 as long as the back of the bottle states it meets the specifications for your car.
