Tried twice to online chat with customer service, first person said return was my only option, very unhelpful and basically told me I was lying. I tried again today and the person also pushed back for a while, but eventually "talked to billing" and learned it was a price mistake and offered to refund, which I took. Overall pretty annoying, but happy with the outcome, not sure I'd do it again.
