I agree, I went armed with multiple screenshots and had to listen to employees from 17 yr old girls to the customer service mgr. I thought I had them beat until there was only 2 bottles in the store on inventory. I tried sneaking in a non hybrid bottle figuring they wouldn't notice. I finally gave up but it took almost an hour. Good luck

Umm because they will soon fix the website. Then when you order tonight and show up at the store tomorrow morning for pickup, they will look at the website and nicely tell you to fark off. Some will get lucky that the employee will just cheat and go grab two more jugs. Others will be denied as it is an obvious pricing mistake and the website will by then show the right pricing

And they will look at the little screenshot on your order and say hmmm, well I'm not sure what I'm seeing there but I know in my brain that this dude isn't supposed to be awarded 3 bottles for the obvious price of one. some of you will get a manager who obviously doesn't care or who believes the customer is always right at any cost and they will just give the other bottles. but many won't want to get in trouble for that and don't really care that some Slickdeals dude is complaining in their midst

Guys !!!! I'll share what happened to me last time I ordered!!!
I ordered 2 for pickup and 2 for shipping, at the same day I got there to pick up the order which is supposed be 6 packs of engine oil , but end up I only got 2 packs, they will not give u 6 packs, and they checked the price said actually I only paid for 2 pack not for 6 packs, so there's nothing I can do about it!!!

Another order for shipping, I was waiting for 2 Days and they were fxking unbelievable , they said delivered!!! But I didn't get nothing!!! Luckily I have my 24/7 outdoor camera shows that delivery time they provide was fake!! At that time nobody was there , no nothing!!! And they even uploaded a fake photo to prove delivery, the picture is showing only a random house, didn't shows any packaging in front of the house!!! Guys be aware of it !! So after I call the Walmart customer service,they refuse to replace the order, the only thing they can do is give me the fxking refund !! I even asked to talk to a manager, and the manager's attitude even worse!!! So I refuse the refund! I might need some help,so what should I do?! Walmart can't just fake a delivery with a fake photo and fake time!!! Should I go for police? Because this is not the first time they fake a delivery!!! Last time I had similar situation,they did the fake delivery again! And only offers a refund!!! Guys what should I do????

Did this last time for qty 2. Pickup gave me 2 bottles. In my case, customer service is up the stairs in the store. Pickup is outside on ground level. I went up to CS and was directed to pickup. Pickup doesn't have a desk, just people working there and picking orders. I stood there for an hour with an employee going back and forth in the store and back to me trying to figure out what to do. Finally they asked me if I just wanted the extra bottles to which I said yes. They came back with 1 more bottle as that's all they had left in stock and said I would have to call Walmart to get a refund for the 1 - 3pack. I called and they said I have to go back to CS to get a refund. So I went back and got a refund from CS but they could only issue it in the form of a gift card. I'm not going through the hassle again, but I did get 3 bottles.

At pickup rn and he walked out w one bottle. He went inside to check after I showed him the order listing 3 in the app/site. Let's see what happens lol.
