Most of these killer coupon codes are posted by SD Staff so I figure the vendor pays SD for advertising. They currently have a 50% off on the page on amazon too.

Thanks OP - ordered this as my second. It's worth it just for the extra 8 proprietary brush heads and the somewhat proprietary charging cable (USB A to maybe 3.5 mm phone jack style connector).

I also wanted to add these are shockingly good/high quality for the price. The bodies are extremely thin and the brush head puts out a very powerful pulse. Like I was saying, though, if you already bought one on a previous deal, this deal is worth it just for the brush heads and spare charging cable, alone.

Companies post their own product under random names, people get codes emailed, from other sites, etc.

Does it just 'vibrate'? How does that help cleaning your teeth better.

So like Sonicare that "pulses"/"vibrates" does work better than traditional brushing.

Imagine brushing you do a "circular" motion over each tooth as you brush manually. The bristles touch, circulate and move on.

With these the bristles touch, vibrate really fast loosening plaque/tartar etc, then you do this while circulating each tooth.

Can you get the same or similar with a manual toothbrush, probably yes. Could you do it in the same timeframe as an electric one, absolutely not.
