Most of these killer coupon codes are posted by SD Staff so I figure the vendor pays SD for advertising. They currently have a 50% off on the page on amazon too.

Thanks OP - ordered this as my second. It's worth it just for the extra 8 proprietary brush heads and the somewhat proprietary charging cable (USB A to maybe 3.5 mm phone jack style connector).

I also wanted to add these are shockingly good/high quality for the price. The bodies are extremely thin and the brush head puts out a very powerful pulse. Like I was saying, though, if you already bought one on a previous deal, this deal is worth it just for the brush heads and spare charging cable, alone.

Any SlickDealers already use this and care to share their feedback? Some of those Amazon reviews are sus.
Been using this for 2 years now so it's lasted a while. Huge upgrade from a regular toothbrush and worth the money. The bristles actually last much longer too since you're not putting much pressure on them. Makes brushing really simple and easy.

I have a different model Bitvae that uses the round, Oral-B brush heads. It replaced an Oral-B my kid gave me...she's a dentist. It's as good as the Oral-B with significantly better battery life and there are plenty of generic brush head replacements available.

There's no charging stand though, it uses small pin type charging cord.

Compact size and good price but I prefer ones use standard USB-C cable. Don't need to carry another charging cable when travel. If you travel a lot like me, consider devices use standard USB-C charging cable.

$15 for R2 in dark blue, travel version. Not as good as this deal and not white, but if round head is what you're after, this is decent. I'm only looking for a travel version of my Oral-B io series so this could fit the bill. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...85aea60INT

Bought one in February and have charged it once since, using it at least twice daily. Heads are larger than Sonicare, but the bristles are softer and you barely need any pressure to get a good clean. Picking up another to have when our Sonicare eventually cacks.

It's still showing 17.99 after promo code… why is this deal still here...

Nevermind. Click redeem on the other two things on the add item page then add the promo code. Showing 12.00

My last D2 is a year and a half old and I still have a lot of tooth brush heads. I think I'll keep it as a backup.

These are garbage. I bought one after all the "reviews" saying it was as good as a sonicare. It is NOT even close. Too many shills here, pay a few more $$ and get the sonicare on sale right now. Night and day difference

Why brush for two minutes when the stroke rate is so high? I rather cut my brushing time by 75% than get cleaner teeth than manual brushing

You just gave 2 reasons to not get this. Who wants to deal with proprietary heads? And proprietary USB cables?
The bitvae model that has oscillating head instead of ultrasonic vibration at least is compatible with oral b brush heads. I bought one but returned it because of the proprietary USB cable. They do make a USB-c version but you don't know version you will get when buying through Amazon.

Completely agree. For what it's worth, I know the bitvae version with oral b compatible brush heads does have a USB-c version but on Amazon, you won't know which version you would get but Amazon has a lot of the proprietary USB version still unfortunately.
