Why was this getting downvoted so much? Seems like a good deal, $2 more than the front page deal the last time this got posted

I bought this back in December for $17.06. Love the 4000K high CRI beam and the intuitive Anduril UI. (Simple enough for my wife to use!) So many high-end features built into this modestly priced light: automatic temperature regulation, reverse polarity protection, extremely flat runtime discharge rates, plus bells-and-whistles (RGB auxiliary lights).
Liked it so much I bought another under this deal, even though it's gone up $5. 😇

You might be confused about where you are. I thought the same thing until I tried to help others by listing better than average prices on items. This is the only site I check in at that has ever attacked me for listing an item on sale but not at the lowest price. It makes no sense at all and its counter productive. I don't waste much time here anymore and I didn't come here to make friends.

This is my favorite flashlight. It's small enough to be worn as a headlamp and even comes with the headband. I especially love the nightlight feature with a cycle of colors that glows for months without recharging.

That's only some people. Others can be very helpful and you often learn useful information about items in the comments section. Ignore the haters, they are everywhere. If I help just one person by posting a deal that's what I'm about. Everyone else who doesn't like it can go suck an egg (which is a more expensive proposition these days).

Just got this in the mail and it's a great little light for around $20. Nice build quality, cheap introduction to Anduril, good color temperature IMO, easily removable battery, tail magnet is strong.

Just remember to open it and remove the paper battery blocker before first use. You also have to tighten it a fair amount before it will work.

You have a much better attitude than I. I understand, but I've need seen the hatred for others like I get here. I know everyone here isn't an ass, but sure does feel its concentrated in this forum.

I'm on reddit too, so maybe I'm biased.... Doesn't seem incredibly bad here vs that.
But you do have the same regulars who like to come in and threadcrap with the same statements for certain types of deals (toilet paper, hard drives, etc).
It's funny how much effort the haters put in to certain categories. If that's how they want to waste their life, that's their problem.

Welp, I'm an actual human who was trying to decide what light to get to play around with Anduril for the first time and I can tell you this one is pretty decent for around $20.
Build quality seems good, I wanted a tailcap magnet, the 4000k temp is pleasant, having a removable battery is a must for me, and Anduril is a ton of fun to play with. This light also has rgb configurable aux lights. I think you get a heck of a lot for $22.
It's not crazy bright by flashaholic standards, but it's certainly bright for its size and brighter than what most normies are accustomed to.
Also, Sofirn and Wurkkos are two of the best value light makers IMO, so it can be a good introduction to both the mfr and Anduril.
FWIW, I was previously cross shopping a Wurkkos TS10, Sofirn SP10 Pro, and Sofirn SC21 Pro.

Thanks, SD is a great resource and it's only fair I try to pay it back. I've gotten in on some awesome deals over the years because of the alert system.

And for all the annoying commenters, there are plenty of others who bring helpful information to the discussion.
