Got "code was invalid" on both the regular app and the Now app. Tried the code again on the regular app and it worked. Saw that happened to someone else too so keep trying!

The app is sluggish, it even had trouble applying buy 2 wings, get 2 wings free in my cart.
When I entered the promo, it said invalid several times. Didn't matter if I switched stores or the type of item.
However it finally did recognize the promo code and applied it, and so I'm getting 4 orders of Buffalo wings (4 or 5 pieces per order), and three cobb salads for a little over $12. That's if the local 7 Eleven processes the order and everything is in stock

I just tried putting in a pick up order, got stuck at order placed. I called them and they said it never went through. There's a $1 temp hold on my cc.

7-11 seems to be having some network issue. I placed an order but the store had no trace of it when I went to pick it up. My credit card was charged, but they could not fill the order. Another customer was also there having the same issue. The 7now Web site and app are showing network outage errors and preventing logins.

exactly the same problem here. No trace of my order at store, status is stuck at 'order place', credit card charged. Waiting for over 30mins now to speak customer service on the phone... wtf!

Same - I was charged and the clerk said they didn't get my order.
