Ordered three cartons of eggs + 2liter Fanta for pickup. Only to find out they ran out of eggs when I arrived to pick up. Asked for a cancellation and was told it would after 20 minutes. Only to find out half hour later app sent notice saying order successfully pick up and being charged. Now had to spend half hour on chat for a refund. What a hassle! Beware!
Convenience fee seems like a lot. Or maybe they're taxing on the pre-discount price. Whatever the case seems higher than expected.
I have noticed this before. Not including the unavoidable BS $0.50 order fee, the taxes on my order of $30.35 are $3.12. Even if they went off the price pre-coupon, my state's tax rate for convenience/food is less than 9%, but they are charging 10.3%. This seems illegal because they are skimming additional cash off what they claim are government taxes. So the $20 off $30 is more like $16.50 off $30. Still a good deal, but it was an annoying surprise at checkout to pay 30% more than I thought I would.

Taxes were insane plus convenience fee. If you stick to sale items you still come out ahead vs "normal" store prices.
I don't know how or why people pay 7/11 prices. Most grocery stores in my city are open until 1am. They re-open at 5am. I can't imagine I need something so bad in those 4 hours that I pay 7/11 prices as part of my regular life.
Thanks for the coupon OP!

Can't beat the price for 20 wings + 12 bottles of beers for under $16
Though the road was extremely treacherous due to heavy snow in NYC. I had to leave the car at 7-Eleven and walk home.
