FYI, maxes out at 20W input so recharge time is a little bit long/slow compared to other ones that take a higher input

Did you contact Anker? Their customer service has always been great the couple times I had to return/replace something. I grabbed one of these a few months ago and it's used multiple times a week with no issues.

I've always been impressed with Anker. On the other hand, I previously bought a Spigen battery pack and that one failed me.

Bought the two pack for $38 on this deal.

Are these actually the rated capacity? Feels like anytime I've bought batteries with a rating over 10k mah it was nowhere near what it claimed instead.
