i just tried with google again. their "smart" feature still says "usa, canada..." are among the countries with % in front. unbelievable.

fyi: I'm in Oklahoma City and the only location with this price is 1320 e. 2nd st., Edmond. I tried all the avail locations and none has it for $14.97. So, the best is $16.47
Hope this helps all those interested that lives in OKC area. 7 still available as of posted time.
