Victrola Stream Carbon is 25% off at $599.99 (originally $799.99).

There are better turntables at a slightly better price point (i.e. the Fluance RT85), but this is a decent price for this turntable if you are deep in the Sonos ecosystem. Includes an internal pre-amp, carbon fiber tone arm, and Ortofon Red 2M cartridge. Sem-auto and belt-driven.

I have this model and use it with RCA cables and the Sonos USB-C line-in adapter (required if your Sonos products only have USB-C line-in). Sounds great for my purposes throughout the house.

Same price at Amazon but don't buy from there - reviews indicate most units are suspected factory refurbs and are hit or miss on being defective even though appearing to come in new factory packaging with factory-sealed accessories (many reviews note that the unit's tamper seal is not in tact). I had no issues with my purchase from BestBuy.

Side comment om your post. I've noticed the same about most higher priced electronics from Amazon foe the past few years. They resell poorly repackaged and often defective or used electronics as new. Best not to buy anything high dollar from Amazon because if you report it as used/defective, they'll threaten to close your account for their mistakes. I once received a "new" Intel CPU that was a return and had no CPU in the box whatsoever. And yes, this was with seller and shipper as Amazon.com.
