Theoretically it comes with kingston fury DDR5 5200 2x8gb RGB (this is only based on my research). Found same memory for $52 and ordered it. Should wake it up a bit for cheap.

Ya, I looked on Maps too. Looks like it could be office space above the ups store or something. That said, does look very fishy.

Edit - Looked a little further and there are quite a lot of reviews of the seller that are positive. Does anyone here have experience w/ this seller?

For me it would be extra $126 so I went with "fishy" website (I wonder why would it be cheaper to buy directly from the seller vs via ebay? Need to research that).
