Does anyone know how this compares to Aquaphor ointment?

I've been using the stick for a couple years, and it works amazingly. I had huge cracks that were bleeding, and they look/feel way better. I also use the nano glass foot file a few times a week.

It says it contains 25 percent urea, which is what actually repairs cracked feet. It's what my dermatologist told me to use at least (urea, not any specific brand).

I use the stick as well, simply because the applicator is so convenient, but for when my feet get really bad I use something with a higher urea content.

I've only tried the stick. I'm able to put it on before I put on my socks, and don't have to worry about lotioney hands.

I prefer the dedicated callus removing gels as they are stronger at removing built up hard skin. Then once washes off use a separate foot moisturizer.
If one has deep open cracks, it will take a long time simply using rubs/ointments and light duty pumice or files.
There is nothing medically wrong using a proper shaving blade or scalpel. It simply depends on using proper techniques, a single use sterilized blade, and skill. But it's not for everybody as you can easily do more damage.

I'm not familiar with TMC cream, but for me anything with Urea has been a miracle for the cracked calluses on my feet.

Start off with something over 20% urea, and then you can switch to something with a lower content if you want for ongoing maintenance.

If you have cracked feet, be sure to ask your doctor about it too, especially if you've had it for a long time and the treatments you've been applying are not working... Sometimes the cracks are just caused by the "Athlete's Foot" fungus and you can clear it up in about two weeks with the appropriate cream or spray. If you've been at a public/community/dorm swimming pool or shower it's pretty common to pick up that fungus on your feet. Moisturizer will do nothing in that case, you need an anti-fungal cream/ointment/spray and it works fast as long as you apply it twice/day for 14 days (or whatever the instructions say of course).
