I believe the source should be included in all deal titles, but many (even most of the employee-posted threads) have lost touch with that. All we see in deal alerts is the title. Source is important to some of us.

For below $300 was thinking of either dell lattitudes or a open box with latest processor.
So many laptop deals posted by members and staff with much less information.

I also use ChromeOS Flex on a cheap, used Dell Latitude with tons of memory and better screen and more storage and it is fast. Latitude 7490. You can't use Android store, but I really don't use them. I use web versions of apps like Spotify. ChromeOS Flex is very nice.
If you don't need the apps, consider an older PC laptop for Flex.
