The benefit of this in particular is the size/portability, and the fact that an Anker probably won't burn your house down. If you need 12V (say you want to charge a 12V DC item), this charger is not capable.

Probably only reason to buy is either increased wattage vs your current plugs, or you simply want more tiny plugs

Nothing ground breaking lol we're not all of a sudden gonna hike an extra 100 miles because it's 2-3mm smaller ha
I've given this as a gift and get a lot of "wow this is so much better" compared to whatever generic charger they replaced. Granted plenty of other chargers can do the same PD and may even cost less. Finding one that's also this small and reliable though? Less easy.
if you already have a previous gen charger? meh. If you're in the market? Money well spent.
Actually I take that back. I have the 65w Nano II version that is bigger than this (still 1 port). It's been great so I think I'll grab one of these as a smaller one to bring along with me.
