Yes, however if you wear a tinfoil cap it blocks the transmission.

I've been searching and I think the loq is what I'm gonna get but fyi, can't find link but pretty sure I've seen the i5 13gen same stats ~650-700 other places and if you don't want 13th gen, 12th gen at Walmart for ~600. I think 12g ram, 500hd, rtx 3050

Fair question so idk why its dow voted. There is a known common issue (idk which specific systems or if resolved or not) with LOQ motherboards . Lots of google content on this saying it mainly affects intel 13th and 14th gen HX series models.

Is this worth the extra hundred vs the nitro refurb? Ignoring the display on the nitro as I know it's a pain point for a lot of people, as it would used as secondary gaming situation/for work and school

I just wrapped my whole laptop in tinfoil to be safe. Seems to have done the job.

Seems the reports are mostly from India on the reddit forums. Supposedly a motherboard firmware fixes the issue and others blame humid/heat environment as a factor.
