Never heard of this brand Comfort Gear. The products look the same except for color. Any personal experience?
I was thinking of the same thing. I have had two dyna glow heaters smaller but similar to this that were wonderfull better and more reliable than the Mr Heater ones I also used and owned and those were good also but way more expensive.
So I am open to another brand but skeptical and not willing to pay more for something when the cheaper is good

These can put out a surprising amount of heat in relatively enclosed areas.
In that heat, is A LOT of water vapor, just be sure to be aware of that
Non-electric fans can increase the utility of this style of heater TREMENDOUSLY.
Lastly: the hotter they burn, the cleaner they run, so keep that in mind if there is ANY plan to use this style as indoor emergency heat. They will certainly work and provide heat at lower levels but there are a little more elevated levels of non-combusted gases and bi-products as well, so again, just something to keep in mind in specific use cases.
Oh and of course, have and use Carbon Monoxide detectors at all times if these are used inside a home or dwelling.
