I wish it was long enough to cover a 6 foot person (72 inches), but it's only 59 inches long. Makes it an easy pass for me. It's probably nice to stuff it in your sleeping bag.

To be fair, I see that on a bunch of items with great reviews. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between item quality and returns.

Heated blankets are hit or miss a lot of the time in my personal experience. Some of them get toasty, others barely warm to the touch. I think that probably has something to do with it.

Alternatively, it's better for Amazon to put these labels on things to make returning them more difficult...

I like using these with portable power stations when camping since they don't use up much power to keep you warm.

My dog loves this. I put it on top of the seat protector and plug it in. It's also good for emergencies, but mostly for the pup. Note that it isn't machine washable, so I treat it as a semi-disposable item.

couple reviews state that it pulls between 41-49 watts FYI

(i was curious about running this on a power station and that wattage is very reasonable overall, i can't imagine its going to be blisteringly hot though)

Or just regular people that know the difference between a sleeping bag and a throw?

I think the ideal use case would be to use this under a regular blanket to keep the generated heat in.

It's better to find one that has three heat settings. In case you end up overheating.
