Debating about this as I want to find a self empty robovac.

One of the things giving me pause is that it is for sale brand new from BestBuy for $279. Seems like the price should be a bit lower for the refurbished

Same price at Walmart as well. Not sure the difference between the hybrid and this but I personally value the 2 year allstate warranty a lot more vs the 1 year factory warranty. Just recently all state paid me out $300 for a 1.5 year old robot vacuum because it kept stopping with main roller brush error (ecovac n8+)

I have one of these I bought a couple months back it's held up great and keeps the floors 8.5/10 clean. I have a husky, a staffy and a women in the house. You still have to clean out the rollers once in a while and same goes with the spinning brush the cutter can't do it all but definitely helps I had an older eufy without the self empty and this is def a game changer and the app is easy to use.
