There's very little inventory at this moment that can reach this price (currently 2), but if you're willing to accept/gamble with Grade B there are some otherwise impressive specifications included for the price point which really should make it into the listing description:

I couldn't find anything that went into detail about the no OS thing. Does that mean there is no associated Windows 10/11 key so you would have to pay for a license, or just that it isn't installer?

I bought a 7730 with no OS a while ago, and the I installed Win 10 from MS ISO without and issue, and it upgraded itself to Win 11. It activated itself. I think they or the people returning them off lease just wipe the drive and move on.
