You should put in the title on SELECT One4All gift cards, your title implies that it is all One4All gift cards which this is not...it doesn't include the most popular one which is the One4All Ultimate Gift Card.

Does anyone know why they keep declining it for me? The first transaction my credit card (BoA) marked as suspicious, I cleared that and on the second attempt my credit card did not decline it. But the order got cancelled nonetheless. I have bought other gift card with the very same Kroger account and credit card before, but not this one (which seems like a different vendor)... Tried doing it through Paypal, and got cancelled again.

It does show this when I add the cards to my cart:

"To complete your order, please adjust the shipping address or remove the item from your cart, as the gift card cannot be delivered outside the 50 U.S. states. "

But I checked and my shipping address on the account is correct, also has my phone number.

I encountered the same thing. Guess there is a glitch in the system and nobody can really make a purchase.

Received failure email after successfully placing order.

your order # has been declined. You will not be charged for this purchase and the preauthorization fee will be removed from your bank statement within 3-7 days.

I was able to order two days ago. Got my friends to order yesterday, and they all got declined. I tried ordering today as a guest and got declined. Weird
