Nope. Tbh I was blown away the last time I went which over the holiday break last year. It has been the first time in over 5yrs that I had been to a movie theater. They had comfy reclining seats, upgraded soda machines (the ones with the app) that had drink 100+ options, the popcorn was yummy and the refills are FREE and unlimited. Some of us watched sonic 3 and the rest of us watched Wicked. New releases weren't an issue while redeeming. The experience was bomb! Easy family outing.

Did anyone see if it would work for the new captain America movie? I am supposed to take my two boys out tomorrow to that movie would be nice to save some on tickets

I've used this several times. You can upgrade your drink and popcorn to a large and pay the difference. At my local AMC it comes out to about $2 extra total. Definitely worth the price as a normal ticket costs roughly $16-17. As far as IMAX and Dolby theaters go you pay the difference as well. Also something to note if you are reserving online you'll pay a $4 convenience fee unless you're a stubs premiere member. So I normally just use the vouchers at the theater to get by that. Great date night idea

Great Deal and the only correct way to pay for AMC tickets! This includes 2 AMC Black tickets which give you a free seat in any standard showing of ANY movie. Better formats like IMAX, Dolby or special seating is just an upcharge. Even with the upcharge you will end up paying a lot less per ticket comparing to buying directly from AMC website, app, or in theatre. Also, AMC app and website let you type in the AMC black tickets voucher codes and book seats in advance. Also, the tickets never expire! This is a no brainer if you go to AMC regularly and do not have AMC A-List.

Helpful hint for the fellas:
Know your theatre and do as much as you can in the app. It kinda ruins the mood (if ya know what I mean) when you have to pull out your printout/phone and explain to some 16 yr old kid what it is you're doing. Then he has to call his manager over to fix something...
Not saying it can't go smoothly. But when it doesn't, ugh.

The latter. You're looking for AMC Black tickets, these aren't it. According to the site, you can't use these the first 3 weeks a movie is out ("exclude new releases"). Black tickets have no such restrictions.
