Know your theatre and do as much as you can in the app. It kinda ruins the mood (if ya know what I mean) when you have to pull out your printout/phone and explain to some 16 yr old kid what it is you're doing. Then he has to call his manager over to fix something...
Not saying it can't go smoothly. But when it doesn't, ugh.
At my local AMC, there aren't ticket booths anymore. It's 3 ticket machines and a dude at the gate checking phones to see that folks have already purchased tickets before letting them in. No ticket, no entry.

- Hack the ticketing system and allow free online booking for all before you're caught.
- Buy the tickets in person.
