Not all air fryers have that smell. Been going strong for 6 months and I like that it has the window, light, and gets to 450 degrees while most air fryers top out at 400.

I really want this now, but I already purchased another (PowerXL) that was topped out at 430F! I thought 430F was the best deal I could get in this price range too... Dang...
For what it's worth to everyone, anything 400F and below is MEH IMO. it takes too long to air fry anything. I think the GENUINE trick, is to use super high heat, so the outside gets crispy, and the risidual heat makes its way to the center to heat up the food.
You can go to sameday.costco.com, enter your address to shop your local warehouse, and search for the item number (6232432) to check stock in warehouse. Ignore the price, it's marked up for local delivery. You can also use the Warehouse section of their mobile app to search inventory and check price at your local warehouse.

I did put a silicone insert, tray thingy in both to prevent eating any PFOA but I wonder when they will be unsafe or toxic…..
All of the gourmia air fryers I checked out only went to 400f…… so I'm a little bit skeptical that this one has a 450f setting but I could totally be wrong I am no gourmia expert….
