Motorola Trade - in : Phobio ( AVOID THEM )

My phone trade-in was rejected which am okay with.
what am not okay is that Phobio takes literally more than 10 days to process returns. It's day 11 and I still don't have a tracking number.
They have no phone number.
They only do online ticket and a single agent answers but takes 3-4 days to respond to the ticket.
Motorola has no say in how Phobio decides on trade-in.
Note: You may open a dispute with your credit card against the original phone purchase and hope that'l force Phobio to return phone sooner
