All of these are available from other retailers in 4K. Why Amazon continues to sell only the HD versions instead of providing the 4K is beyond me.

Do you have the link for these retailers? I'm not seeing a $10 for the Mission Impossible 6 Film collection for that price. I can see a $10 4K for 1 movie but not for the whole collection.

Likely to rights issues. The 5th was produced and distributed through Disney instead of Paramount.

Oh that makes sense. I was just thinking why the 5th one came out on Disney+ and it also makes sense why it turned into a fairytale movie instead of action movie like the originals. I hope Disney can consider not to ruin classic franchises. Frown

All digital needs to be 4k. I understand that it costs more for their servers due to 4k being more data, but there's no excuse for HD anymore. Don't even get me started on DVDs, does anyone still buy them? Blu Ray at a minimum.
