It's not by choice, it's by availability. All the HD will be upgraded to 4K when the 4K version becomes available.

I don't think that's what "roughly" usually means, nor is it how rounding works...

Oof, yes. Definitely a case of quantity over quality here. On this whole list, there are maybe 4 or 5 worth having. So suddenly, $2/movie becomes $10+/movie.
