Drop in price. I don't think samsung is moving them as fast as they need to.

Processor is much faster (~40%), battery life is better, screen is better. Camera is better. Software (ui7) is a generational leap forward. The twice a year I used the bluetooth on the spen to take a pic will not be missed.
I really don't know how you can say it is a downgrade when its a better phone in nearly every aspect.
