FWIW - have essential currently. My essential expires 11/25/25. when i login to website. The offer i see is 35% off an upgrade to premium for the remaining 284 days which is $40.45. that isn't too much but i'd hate to get used to the premium service because i'm not going to pay $160 a year for it. I already hate having to pay $80 for essential

Seems like it may not work for all existing subscribers. I'm a 12 month extra member and my current period is over in July. It will only let me have the 35% off to prorate upgrade to Premium, which only saves me $3. Then back to full premium cost at the end of my period. Any premium members know if it will let you add a year to your subscription?

Yup same here. I used to have this membership to have the saves uploaded and archived. But recently a USB backup and restore worked fine for me and also ended up picking any games that I really need as used.

I have premium and there was no discount whatsoever. Sony only seems to give discounts to non members and screw over the existing ones.

Nothing for me as I'm already on PS+ Extra. It does save 35% ($1.18 instead of $1.82) for the rest of the month if I upgrade to Premium...
Has anyone tried cancelling to see if they give you a chance at the 1 year offer?
