I was able to replicate, but did take some leg work. At least I learned a nifty trick to be able to replicate similar deals on products with different varieties though.
First and foremost, you can't select 2 of the same variety, it has to be 2 different 2-pack varieties (otherwise only 1x 25% off coupon applies).
With that in mind, steps fairly simple:
1) Clip the 25% off coupon within the S&S order section, but then go back to one time purchase option and add to cart (coupon still stays applied).
2) Repeat for the second product variety.
3) Go to your cart and under each item and click the 5% subscribe and save option. Once both are selected, then checkout.
Order total came to $21.09 with tax here in NY, $19.41 is with no tax. Never knew how to S&S without checking out immediately for that product - Now I can stack deals for greater discount.
I was only able to get it down to $25.24 making it .39/oz for 64 total ounces. Standard price on the larger 33.8 oz at Target is .41/oz. Not slick enough for me but if you can it to OP's $19ish total, I would pull the trigger.
Don't select s&s like you normally would on the product page. Add them to the cart, check out, then at the final page mark s&s to get all of the discounts.
