The robot itself worked but the base station would not suck up the dirty mop water. Roborock support was atrocious to deal with, first level support just reads the manual to you. After waiting a week to hear back from "advanced support", they agreed the base station was defective but would not send me a new one. Their solution was for me to disassemble the entire thing, pack it up and return it to Costco. Massive pain in the ass, will not buy another Roborock product.
I have a 5+ year old S5 max that works fine, the mopping mechanism is just a wet dirty washcloth so was looking to improve the mopping
