No. 1GB LPDDR2 monodie are not available, and producing a SiP with two stacked SDRAM dice would be very challenging.
The Pi Zero 2 is basically a lower clocked Pi 3 with less RAM. It uses 4x Cortex-A53 cores. It's unclear if they would be able to adapt newer models into a Zero easily since they put out a lot more heat. So we may be stuck with this for a long time.

They also explained when it launched that a 1 GB version (which would be supported by the SoC) would basically be impossible.

It's very small but you might need things like a case, Mini-HDMI (instead of full-size or MicroHDMI used on other models), and a MicroUSB cable for power.
It would be nice to see future models move to USB-C, and allow power + display-out simultaneously on one cable.
