It says "Save 50% on 1 when you buy 2". If you try adding 2 titles to your cart you will see the deduction at checkout.

I feel your pain. I got into it around five years ago, now have hundreds, most because I set CCC deals between 5 and 11 bucks (with some exceptions). Now that has just about doubled. This here "deal" is laughable compared to what was around a few short years ago.
