Samsung has the most terrible customer experience you can have. If the product is good, you are totally fine. If not, pray god and make sure you are talking to a manager. Most people in the customer support are lack of knowledge. You will fall into a limbo that Samsung won't recover the mistake their customer support made.

Is it servicable laptop? And how good is the price?
It's a terrible laptop. In fact, it's a tablet.

I have this exact model w/ the 128 and it's great. It's plenty fast and way faster than the models w/ less ram. It's no ipad but it's 1/2 to 1/3 the price. If you are on the Samsung ecosystem, this is a good pickup.

I bought one last year for my kid who uses it for minecraft and youtube videos. Works very well and no problems on it. But based on you guys' negative comments, I'm curious what you are expecting from a $130 tablet?

There are a lot of little tweaks to optimize the speed. No complaints from my daughter.

False.

I bought one. It's great for any streaming and reading. I don't play games. It's better than any Amazon tablet. I have the highest end fire tablet and this one is faster. And no janky fire toolbox hack required.

I bought 2 more, got 3 total. Was about to buy a 4th.

8gb ram

You'll need data so, if you run a hotspot on your phone, it'll work perfectly fine.

All the complaints about speed are for the 4GB version (like the one sold at Metro). This is a great deal for the 8GB version.

Never had a bad experience. I just had my foot five screen replaced for free. Have my flip three screen replace free twice.... Trade in my S8 plus with a broken screen no issues...
